This Week’s Card: Double Triangle Fun Fold

This week’s card is a Double Triangle Fun Fold featuring the beautiful Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up!®.

The smaller photos to the right of the card show how this fun fold opens. First, the card opens to reveal a second card base, which then opens again to reveal a perfect place to write your personal message. It’s a fun surprise with every fold!

This is Part 2 of the Sunflower Fields set of cards designed for my September 12 Zoom Card Class. Next Friday, I’ll be sharing the final card in this class series, so be sure to check back!

Sunflower Fields Cards Part 1

Sunflower Fields Easel-Style Flap Card

This cheerful card combines the beautiful Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper with Early Espresso and Old Olive for a warm, rustic look. The unique front flap adds a fun interactive element while still allowing the card to fit into a standard envelope.

Sunflower Fields Offset Accordion Card

This beautiful offset accordion fold card is a wonderful way to showcase several coordinating patterns from the Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper. Each folded section extends slightly beyond the one before it, creating a fun dimensional, layered effect when the card is closed.

Class Description:

This card class includes 8 card kits—2 of each of the four card designs pictured above.

Three of the cards are Fancy Fold cards, and one is a fun fold card. All four designs feature the soon-to-be-released Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper and the Radiant Sunflower Stamp & Die Bundle.

The two landscape cards are both Fancy Fold designs and will stand up on their own, making them beautiful display cards that are sure to make an impression!

The top-right card has a fun surprise—a hidden card base tucked inside the top design feature. It’s a unique way to add an additional message while keeping the card’s special fold a surprise.

These cards are a great way to showcase the gorgeous Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper while learning several different folding techniques you can use in your own cardmaking!

September – December Catalog Debut Cards

This week’s blog features four simple cards made with the soon-to-be-released Painted Patch Designer Series Paper by Stampin’ Up!® Measurements and instructions for making each of these cards can be found in the free PDF file below the product listing.

These cards are designed to show off the fun and colorful Painted Patch Designer Series Paper and demonstrate how just a few punches and stamps, combined with a great pack of DSP, can create quick and beautiful cards.

These cards are also part of the Debut Kit for my upcoming Catalog Debut. If you weren’t able to sign up for the kit but would still like to attend the online debut, please email me and I’ll be happy to send you an invitation.

During the debut, I’ll be featuring some of the exciting new products from the upcoming catalog, along with cards made using those products. There will also be a chance to win samples of the new Designer Series Paper!
