Floral Cards using Old Sketches

September 11, 2020 by Tracie

This week I have updated two more of some past card sketches using Jar of Flowers and Peony Garden stamp sets. The downloadable PDF file contains all the measurements and materials used to make these two cards as well as pictures and materials of the older cards that I had made using the same sketch. Next week I will be posting a file that contains the first two 6×6 one sheet wonder card sketches that we will be using in the upcoming Gift Box Card Class. You can still RSVP for this class but the deadline is Sunday, September 13, 2020.

You can RSVP by emailing me directly or going to my Stampin’ Up Events Page or my Facebook Page.

Featured Bundles: Gather Together & Autumn Greetings

One of the following cards I have shown before because it is in my upcoming class, but I show it again now because it uses a combination of both these die cut sets. I have also used Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper. This card actually stands up on a fold out base.

Gather Together

This next card is made with just the Autumn Greetings Bundle. I embossed the image using Gold embossing powder and colored it in with Stampin’ Write markers. I cut the stems in the background out of the Brushed Metallic cardstock.

Autumn Greetings

This final card is made with the leaf die cuts  from the Gather Together Bundle. The sentiment came from the Gather Together stamp set. As you can see I used the negative image of the die cuts and saved the beautifully embossed leaves for another project. I used Plaid Tidings DSP for the background.

Gathered Leaves

I used the new Banners Pick a Punch for the sentiments in both of these cards.

September 13, 2020: Alicia’s Twist and Pop Class

twist and pop fall stand up

Alicia is hosting this class which means all orders using her hostess code will earn her free Stampin’ rewards. Let me know if you would like to host a future class. Right now all classes are online and your main job as hostess will be to invite your friends. We will be making 4 fancy fold cards in this class which are pictured below and I even added a video because a picture could not do them justice. Please RSVP by August 23 if you can but if I have the materials on hand I may be able to take reservations up until August 30, 2020. The class is $25 plus $3 shipping and handling to mail the materials if you are not local to me. Remember stamped images are not included in the card kits, but everything else you see will be in your kit including the Very Vanilla oval. You can choose to use stamps you already own or purchase the Gather Together stamp set before class. Don’t forget to use Alicia’s hostess code: C4ZGH4JH

I have posted the video above to show you what the cards look like, but just in case it doesn’t show up, please follow this link to see a video tour of the cards that we will make in the Twist and Pop class. Click Here
