Poinsettia Petals Spanner Card

September 10, 2021 by Tracie

This week’s instructions are for a Spanner Card. This card is an easy way to spruce up a regular card base. I used the Poinsettia Place stamps and dies to make my spanner card. I used some specialty papers to give it a very elegant look. I cut the poinsettias out of red velvet paper and added a touch of gold foil cardstock. See all the materials below.

Note to November Sandy Cove attendees: This will be one of the cards for the Christmas Card Buffet that I am preparing.

November 13, 2021 Christmas Card Class

We will make 8 Christmas cards in this class. Two stand-up stocking cards, 3 Delicate Baubles card (these will each be different), and 3 Tidings of Christmas DSP (designer series paper) cards (DSP may vary). The stockings on the standup card are diecut from Sweet Stockings DSP. The only stamps I used for these card kits are the two sentiments: Sending Lots of Love and Merry Christmas to You. The Delicate Baubles die has a beautiful coordinating stamp set called Bright Baubles and you can save 10% by buying them together as a bundle (#156384).

IMPORTANT: Kits do not contain stamped images. You must provide your own stamps, inks, and glue. I will be happy to help if you have any questions about ordering any supplies. The stockings are not stamped so they will be included in your kit. They will be cut from the Sweet Stockings DSP
