Everyday Arched Accordion Card

August 1, 2025 by Tracie

Week Two of the Beautiful Gallery DSP Card Set is an Accordion or Z-Fold card using the Everyday Arches Dies. Last week’s card used the large florals from the Beautiful Gallery DSP pack and this week the three meadow landscapes were chosen. The arch dies make it look like a beautiful window or door that you are looking through to the outside world. A list of the materials and measurements can be found in the free pdf file below.

Don’t forget to shop for the July online exclusives which has two beautiful floral suites and one fun Halloween themed suite. Keep checking the Last Chance product section for good deals and two new kits will be released on August 5, 2025.

The New Mini Catalog will be released on September 3, 2025 as well as new Online Exclusive products. NOTE: Online exclusive just means that the products aren’t printed in the catalog. You can order them just like products in the catalog.

Timid Tiger Partial Front Card

July 4, 2025 by Tracie

Happy 4th of July!
Today’s card is the 2nd installment of the Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper cards. This is a very basic card front with a little bit of interest thrown in by  cutting off part of the front so that the DSP can be seen when the card is open as well as closed. Top it off with the beautiful floral dies from the Pretty Florals die cut set and you have a cheery card to send a friend. All the materials and measurements can be found in the free instruction sheet below.

August Card Class: Gallery Blooms

Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
Time: 6 pm
Class Fee: $36 plus S&H if shipping is necessary (calculated when ready to ship)
RSVP by: 7/19 if you are not participating in the Summer Promotion

Class Description: We will be making 3 each of the four designs pictured above. Each card will use a different piece of Designer Series Paper from the Gallery Blooms DSP pack. So all 12 of your cards will look different. Below you will see all 12 cards. The fold out display card in the top middle of the picture will fit in the standard A2 envelope provided, but it does not meet the correct thickness standards for a first class postage stamp (ie: It will cost more to mail and will be safer in a padded envelope or enclosed with a gift package.) All the other cards should meet normal first class postage standards, even though the Arched card might be close and it might depend on how picky your post office worker is when checking it.

NOTE About Card Kits for Classes: Everything for your card kit is pre cut and ready to assemble unless otherwise indicated. Card kits never include stamped images, glue, or Stampin’ Dimensionals. It does include cardstock, die cuts, Designer Series Paper, ribbon, or other embellishments that are pictured in the class advertisement.  Instructions for card kits can be found on my blog so if you miss class, you will still be able to assemble your cards.

Everyday Arch Shaped Card

May 9, 2025 by Tracie

Today’s card uses the Everyday Arches die set to create an arch shaped card. You simply die cut your card base making sure that the folded edge is not cut by the die. You need to shift the die just to the left of the fold so that it remains in tack while you die cut the rest of the card base into an arch shape. For complete instructions, keep scrolling to the free instruction sheet below.

Like last week’s card, this card features the new Floral Impressions DSP that is now available for purchase so click the shop now button to check out all the new products Stampin’ Up has to offer.

Bonus Card: Below you will see another card made with the left over piece of DSP from the Everyday Arch card above. I started with a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of DSP and centered the arch in the middle. I used the arch for the card above and the frame to create the card below. Instructions for both these cards are in the free instruction sheet below.

NOTE: Some of the products used for the bonus card are now in the Last Chance section of the online store.
