This week I am featuring a set that was recently on the clearance rack and has since sold out. Why am I posting a discontinued item? Because many of you may have it sitting in your house not realizing you can quickly put together 28 cards.  I also used this set as a door prize at the February Craft Around the Clock at Sandy Cove.

The full tutorial contains 14 designs using 1/2 a pack of the Texture Chic Memories & More cards. A  full pack will make 2 each of 14 designs for a total of 28 cards. If you don’t have the coordinating cards and envelopes. Stampin’ Up sells blank notecards to fit the small and large memories and more cards. These particular designs would only use the larger notecards in this pack (#159234).

March Zoom Card Class

Class Fee: $25 plus $5 shipping and handling

Class Fee with optional Easter Gift Box: $29 + $5.50 shipping and handling

In this class we will make a total of 8 cards, 2 each of the 4 designs pictured above.  The top right card is a column card which makes it perfect for display. The bottom right card is a triple diamond panel card which is also perfect for displaying an decorating a shelf. The other cards were purposely kept simple to account for the time needed to assemble the two display cards. Below is a picture of the triple diamond panel card. This will definitely require extra postage due to its weight and thickness.

No stamps will be included in your kit, but you only need simple sentiments and ink to finish these cards beautifully. I used Gorgeous Grape and Blackberry Bliss to stamp my sentiments.

Easter Candy Gift Box

This fun box opens from two sides. It is made to fit 4 Hershey Nuggets in each side but it is perfect for holding rolled up dollar bills as well. I will not include the Hershey Nuggets in your kit but will include the belly bands.

I will include a Smoky Slate and a Basic White punched bunny for you to choose from to decorate. I can not stamp the bunny image. Only the paper will be included in your kit and you must have your own stamps and ink to finish the project. I used Night of Navy and Pumpkin Pie ink pads and various Stampin’ Blend Markers. You also must have your own chocolate as well.

I will make a video to show you how to assemble this project.

I made the cards using the 3 x 4 cards and stickers included in the Dandy Garden Memories & More pack in the new Mini Catalog from Stampin’ Up. I cut some of them down to 3×3 and matted them with 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″ coordinating cardstock. In the very middle is a card with Thinking of You and while it is hard to see in the picture, I punched the sentiment from the card with the Tailored Tag Punch and raised it on Dimensionals. You can see the slight shadow at the bottom.

I only stamped the two “Thank You for your kindness” sentiments from the top row using a stamp from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp set. All other sentiments, bees and extra flowers are from the sticker sheets included in the Memories and More Pack. I have plenty of cards left over from the pack to make many more cards or I can use them for scrapbooking.
