Aspen Double Fold Card

September 30, 2022 by Tracie

This is a card within a card, hence the name double fold. The outside card base opens from the top while the inside card base opens from the side. The inside card base is slightly smaller as well so that the outer card forms a nice mat for the inside card base. The die used on the font of the card is from the Aspen die set from Stampin’ Up. It creates a beautiful cutout of Aspen tree trunks. Using the trees from the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper pack for the back drop reminded me of our trip out west this summer.

November Zoom Card Class

Thursday, November 10, 2022  7 pm

RSVP: October 10, 2022

$22 plus $4 S&H

We will be making 8 cards in this class, two of each of the four designs pictured. The snowman card is an easy shaker card often called a faux shaker card because you don’t need to make a box and it is quite easy to make. The Designer Series will vary for the cards but the DSP used will be from the same pack of DSP but the actual design may vary. I do my best to make sure everyone gets at least one of the DSP choices pictured above.

You need a medium to large sentiment stamp and ink to finish off these cards. All Paper is cut, die cut, scored and ready to assemble during class. (NOTE: you will need your own adhesive, stamps and ink. optional: Stampin’ Dimensionals and silver or white embossing powder)

I will include a white sentiment circle for the Night of Navy card just in case you do not have heat embossing materials.

Here is a quick video of the November Class cards.
