Buccaneer Ship Card

I’m not a fan of the ocean or beach, but when I saw this set I had to have it. I just loved this ship with its beautiful sails. I actually love the stamp set as well, but for this card I used the coordinating die cut set. I recommend you buy the bundle because it is a fun set. I did use the Happy Birthday sentiment from the set, but my favorite sentiment is “We can weather this together”. The artwork on the stamps is beautiful and would make wonderful encouragement cards for anyone. In the case of the card above, I was thinking masculine birthday card. This card is also part of my March 31 zoom class. I do have 2 extra kits if anyone is interested in joining the class.

April Zoom Card Class

Fee: $22 plus $4 S&H

In this class we will be making 8 cards total. Two each of the four designs, but some of the designs feature two different colors. As shown in the picture above, the butterfly card and fancy flora card will feature two different colors but follow the same design. The Seashell Card will be exactly the same for each card kit. The final card with the two flowers will feature the same card base for each card but the second card kit will have flowers with a bit more yellow instead of completely pink. This card also features a z fold on the inside of the card as shown in the picture below. The Fancy flora is also a gate fold card and it is also shown open in the picture below.

As always your card kit will contain everything you need except stamped images, glue, and dimensionals. If you need any of these items please check out my online store or email me. NOTE: The only stamps you will need are sentiment stamps and some ink for shading with a sponge dauber. I did stamp one flower on the inside of the z fold card but you can hardly see it in the picture. All other flowers for the cards are either die cut from DSP or die cut from cardstock.

Regency Park & Bees Card

This weeks card features a fun wreath made with the leaf sprig die cut in the Queen Bee die cut set. Two of the sprigs put together form a beautiful wreath which I decorated with flowers from the same die cut set as well as some flowers from the Sentimental Park die cut set. I think the wreath looks lovely on top of the balmy blue which has been embossed using the beautiful Cane Weave 3D  embossing folder. Fancy Flora Rejoice In Him Card

This weeks card is an Easter Card featuring the Rejoice in Him stamp set and the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper. You will notice that I actually stamped some palm leaves directly onto the DSP. The yellow shown behind the stamped images is actually the back of the DSP that I used to decorate the front of the card. Since this DSP is 6″ x 6″ it takes one sheet to make one card. There will be a little leftover but not much.

For the inside I stamped more palm leaves and another sentiment.

I have just finished designing April’s Zoom class cards and you can see them below. Since the Mini Catalog and the Annual Catalog will be retiring at the end of April, the class is a mix of several different sets. If you would like the new annual catalog mailed to your house, please email me by March 29, 2023.

March Zoom Card Class

Friday, March 31, 2023 at 7 pm

Fee: $22 plus $4 S&H

We will be making 8 cards for this class. We will make three each of the Floral Wreath and Ship cards and we will make two of the Kite Cards. As always no stamped images are included in the kits so you will need to have your own sentiment stamps and ink. The Designer Series Paper will vary for the Floral Wreath Card and the Ship card but you will have at least one card with the DSP pictured and one with a similar DSP from the same pack of DSP. You will make one Tahitian Tide and one Starry Sky Kite cards as pictured above.  Email me if you would like to join the March Class.
