This week’s card is my first attempt at a Faux Shaker card. As you can see my shaker pieces ended up on top of the blue frame. I originally put the blue frame on Stampin’ Dimensionals and put both the Pacific Point Frame and Pool Party piece inside the clear envelope. In the version below, I just put the Pool Party piece in the clear envelope and glued the frame and snowman on top of the clear envelope. I think in both cases I should have used more shaker pieces. I also forgot to put the sentiment snowflake on my latest version. I like the card, but I will keep trying different scenarios before we make this card in my November class to work out the kinks. A debut class is a walk through the catalog. I show examples made with the new product in the new catalog and we make a card or two using some of the new product. I also have door prizes which usually consist of some of the new Designer Series Paper or other new embellishments.
