This week’s pop up card actually has the same base as the lavender pop up column card from a few week’s ago. The difference with this card is that it’s portrait versus landscape and the top box is much larger. The sentiment is also put on a tiny pop up mechanism so that the sentiment stands out a bit from the card base. This card also uses two pieces that were left over from last week’s card Hot Air Balloon card. The Pool Party and Azure Afternoon deckled circles that were cut out to make the window in last weeks card, are used to frame the focal point of this card. It’s always good to have a box of pieces to store pieces that might be useful in a future card. It’s also a great way to collect pieces for little ones to make their own cards.
