This weeks card is a landscape easel card. I thought it was the perfect card for displaying this years mini calendar. I have used the Flight and Airy DSP, which you can earn free during Sale-A-Bration. The oval words surrounding the bird is from the new Filled With Happiness stamp set. The Modern Oval punch fits perfectly within the words. All the measurements for this card can be found in the free PDF below.
The calendars can be found from several different companies. I tried a new brand this year and didn’t care for it. Not only did I have to separate the stack of 10 calendars from each other, but they also had a lot of blank space around the edges that I had to trim off. You can also print a yearly calendar from the internet and cut it apart, glue the top edge and stack it yourself. I actually did that several years ago, but definitely found it very time consuming than just buying them premade.

Two New Kits!
Stampin’ Up released two new kits this month called Rock Legend Kit and Panda Friends Kit. Both of these kits have pre printed sentiments so all you need to do is punch out the pieces and assemble. Everything you need to make these cards are in the kit. These are perfect for crafting on the go. I have also listed the two new kits from last month. The Painted Wishes Kit features beautiful floral cards with pre printed sentiments and the Best Destination kit are try fold cards

January Zoom Classes
New Mini Catalog Debut
Friday, January 12, 2024 at 7 PM
This is a free zoom class and will include a debut packet with samples of new product and a chance to win more free product samples during the class.
You can still come to the class even if you missed the RSVP date. You will still have a chance to earn prizes during the zoom meeting. I will be able to send you a pdf copy of the catalog via email when the catalog goes live on January 4, 2024.
February Zoom Card Class
When: Friday, February 23, 2024 at 7:00 PM
Where: Online via Zoom
Fee: $20 + $4.50 S&H (if you need it shipped to you)
This class features most of the products from the Forever Love Suite in the New Mini Catalog. I have used other new and old products as well. We will actually only be making 6 cards (2 of each design) in this class do to the amount of Specialty DSP used to make these three designs.
The top card is a shutter card and it is a stand up display card for a very special person. Below you will see a picture of it completely open so that you can see it in its entirety. This card also features die cuts and stamps from the new Thoughtful Expressions Bundle.
Your class kit will come with all paper, die cuts and embellishments shown to make the cards as pictured. You will need to have your own stamps, ink, glue and basic crafting supplies to make your cards during the zoom class. During the zoom class I provide instruction on how to assemble the cards. I also give away door prizes during every class. Email me to join the fun!
