With Easter coming next month I thought I would make a cute bunny card using the Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack. If you want your bunny to have a little more detail, you could stamp him first using the Easter Bunny stamp set. Since I didn’t stamp first I added a Basic Pearl for his eye and some Crinkled White ribbon for his neck. Next week I will be making another Easter card using the Rejoice in Him Stamp set and the Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack.

COLOR CHANGE!
Stampin’ Up just announced that they are changing up their basic colors this year. What I don’t know is what colors are being discontinued! They will release this information on the afternoon of March 29. I will post it as soon as I have the information, but with that being said… If there is a color you really like, I would buy it sooner than later. They will not change out all the colors, but what usually happens is that some of the past in colors will now become part of the regular color sets (ie. Regals, Brights, Neutrals, & Subtles). We did hear that two of the colors coming back are Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock. We have also heard that Boho Blue will be a new color but that is all I know at the moment.

March Zoom Card Class

Fee: $22 plus $4 S&H
We will be making 8 cards for this class. We will make three each of the Floral Wreath and Ship cards and we will make two of the Kite Cards. As always no stamped images are included in the kits so you will need to have your own sentiment stamps and ink. The Designer Series Paper will vary for the Floral Wreath Card and the Ship card but you will have at least one card with the DSP pictured and one with a similar DSP from the same pack of DSP. You will make one Tahitian Tide and one Starry Sky Kite cards as pictured above. Email me if you would like to join the March Class.
