Two Made New Again

September 3, 2020 by Tracie

Today’s pdf file contains two card sketches for cards I prepared for card classes that were cancelled this past spring. Now the DSP used in them has been discontinued so I have remade them using current Stampin’ Up materials. I will post the new versions below, but the old versions will be printed in the file as well. The file contains the basic recipe for the card so that you can use it with your own materials. Both lend themselves easily to a multiple array of designs. Materials used for all four cards is also listed in the file. I hope you enjoy these sketches, and hope that you would be willing to post your version under: Tried this Pin on Pinterest.

Featured Stamp Set: Four Season Floral

This set will be in an upcoming class that I will be teaching on October 2, 2020 via zoom. Since materials will need to be prepped and shipped, the RSVP for this class will be September 13, 2020. The class will be $20 plus shipping and handling. The class does not include the stamped images but the stamp set can easily be ordered via my shop. The materials for class will include everything you see pictured except for the stamped images. I will cut and score the card bases, cut the cardstock, punch the flowers and leaves, but I will leave you to cut the included DSP (Designer Series Paper). During the class I will show you the four different ways I cut the 6×6 DSP to make 16 cards. We will also be adding a decorative belly band to the boxes so that you can use them as gifts.

To Clarify: You will make four acetate gift boxes that will each contain the four cards you see in the 2nd picture. NOTE: The daisy card is the only one that has two variations. You will make two as you see pictured with the other cards and you will make two like the single daisy card below these first two pictures.

These are the 4 cards you will make for each of your four acetate boxes. The daisy card has two variations and you will make two of each to make your total of four yellow cards. You will end up with 16 total cards.

4 every season flower cards

You will make two of these cards below as well as two of the daisy card pictured above.

Sail at Sunset Card

August 14, 2020 by Tracie

This weeks file features the second card made during my July Fancy Fold class. I copied the card from a fellow demonstrator that was in a swap with me last year. I made a version using the Ornate Garden DSP, but the card I designed for class used the Smooth Sailing Dies and World of Good DSP.

Peony Stand Up Card

August 7, 2020 by Tracie

Today’s file is an instruction sheet on the Peony Stand Up Card that I made for a class. Next weeks file will be the instruction sheet for the Sail at Sunset card that we made during the same class. My peony card was inspired by a tutorial by Amanda Bates. I used her tutorial to make ten cards for a swap and then redesigned it for a class.

The pdf file contains the instructions and materials used for the Peony card. The DSP for the Daisy card was from last years catalog.

Free Calendar’s to Download

I decided to add some files that I make for homeschooling because they are calendars that can be used by anyone. One of the files is designed to fit in a half size binder just like all my crafting files that I have been sharing. I actually have a pro click binding machine that I use to make a calendar that I carry in my purse (yes, I have a big purse). I cut a piece of Peony Garden DSP to 8.5″ x 11″ so that I could run it through my printer to print the title page and then I used Basic Gray ink to stamp the large peony from the Prized Peony stamp set. The sentiment stamp came from the Peaceful Moments stamp set.

The second file is a yearly calendar that I use to keep attendance but you may find it useful for planning purposes.
